What are you eating? Eating out? Stop. Eating fast food? Stop. Drink at least 10 oz of water per day. No white bread or sugar. If you are not losing weight, you might be at a plateau. That might be fine for you. Four lbs is not much, but you can lose it if you just limit your caloric intake. To maintain 118, eat 1600 calories per day. Just because you walk a lot, does not mean you are burning enough. Cardio…like heavy running, eliptical trainer, or biking is what really burns fat. You sound like you’re where you need to be, really.
